New Customer Portal

INTRODUCING OUR NEW WEB BASED CUSTOMER PORTAL

We are pleased to announce the introduction of Autotask - our new Web Based Customer Portal.  In the coming days you will receive an email providing access to this portal.  Through this portal,  you will have greater control, communication, transparency of information, and status updates with Future Business Systems.

Your access will include the ability to:

 -   Create a new helpdesk ticket
 -   Review the current status of existing tickets including the assigned FBS resource
 -   Update tickets in relation to further comments, progress and testing that may have occurred
 -   Review and reprint invoices and quotes

You will be sent a separate notification with your login details.

We strongly recommend you log into the portal to familiarise yourself with it's inbuilt functionality.

If you require assistance with the portal, please contact your Customer Relations Manager.

We are excited to bring you this new feature as another tool to assist you in communications and faster response times.
